The Pill-a xeno-oestrogen

The oral contraceptive pill was launched amid claims that it would lead to the sexual liberation of women.

Forty years later we have discovered that there are active ingredients in the pill and HRT that are believed to have led to a massive increase in chronic illness in both men and women.

Up until the 1920's,the Western world had a diet mostly  free of chemical additives.Children were born into a cleaner world and cancer rates were 1 in 80 people, that is 1.2% of the popualtion.

From the 1950s nutrition deteriorated due to modern farming techniques and the increased use of pesticides and fertilisers. The world produced 1 million tonnes of chemicals a year. Cancer rates were1 in 30 ,that is 3.3% of the population.

There were more chemicals in food and personal care and home cleaning products.

From the 1980s till today due to parent's chemical exposure their genetic strength may have been compromised.

Over 350 chemical additives are added to our food not for our health benefit but to preserve food on the shelves for the commercial benefit of the suppliers.

A very processed diet has led to a huge compromise in our health.

Cancer now is 1 in 3 people, now 33% of the population and growing!

We produce 400 million tonnes of chemicals per year and growing!

We are constantly exposed to toxins via the water, air and food supply.

Our soils are very mineral deficient due to overfarming and chemical use. We need every one of the 71+minerals for our bodies to stay healthy.

We add to the toxicity by taking the pill or HRT which contain high levels of synthetic oestrogens or as we call them oestrogen mimics or xeno-oestrogens.

Swedish research recently showed that three quarters of perfumed products contained DEHP, a toxic oestrogen mimic so dangerous that they say it can cause the male offspring of pregnant women to have severe genital problems.

Excess oestrogen has also been attributed to causing decreased sperm counts in men, man boobs and also linked to prostate growth.

Several studies, the latest from Birmingham University in Britain have shown a link to oestrogen in colon cancer for both men and women.

What can we do about it?

We often hear that our body is working safely when our hormones are balanced.

Every cell in our body has the ability to produce localised hormones.

Hormones are the body's messengers or natural super chemicals.

To keep our hormones totally in balance we need to drink properly constituted living water and reduce the number of man made carcinogens, cancer causing chemicals, in the air we breathe and the food we eat.

We need to eat more raw food , at least 50% of our daily consumption.Preferably organic, that is,when no chemical sprays or pesticides have been used on it.

We should not drink out of plastic containers as they leach nasty chemicals into the water.

Also plastic packaging causes the same risk.

We should avoid as much sugar as possible and at all costs avoid synthetic sugars.

We should avoid carbohydrate rich meals which stimulates the hormone insulin. Insulin and the pesticide DDT increase the risk of oestrogen in the body.

A solution!

Natural Progesterone has the effect of balancing oestrogen in both men and women

Oestrogen has the ability to reduce oxygen levels in cells and can set the scene for cancer to form.

Natural Progesterone is a precursor for and regulator of hormones like oestrogen and testosterone through a natural enzymatic feedback system.

Do not use synthetic progesterone as it blocks natural hormone actions.

We have made a lot of mistakes in the name of progress.

Have we really progressed? Or have we allowed vested interests take control at the expense of our health.

We need to take responsibility for our own health and the health of future generations!
