Yes!
Statistics show that a lot of famous athletes do not live long lives.
Or should I say, a lot of famous athletes who have not replaced the nutrients they have used during rigorous training have set themselves up for ill health!
The body needs enough water to stay hydrated and deliver nutrients to every cell of the body.
The body is designed to be approximately 70% water.
It needs 70+ organic trace minerals delivered to the cells of the body in an organic easily absorbed from.
A lot of athletes push their bodies hard and do not replace all the water and nutrients the body needs to stay healthy.

A lot of athletes turn to so called'energy drinks'.
Sadly a lot of 'energy drinks' contain caffeine to give energy but once this energy is used up the body quickly drops in energy.
These 'energy sports drinks' often contain colour,sugar and chemicals that cause the body to become acidic.
The cells of a diseased body are acidic while the cells of a healthy body are alkaline!
Don't exercise without replacing the water and nutrients that the body uses.
Don't allow the body to run on empty and therefore put it AT RISK!!
