Chemicals toxic to body
Monday, April 13, 2009 at 8:24PM Our bodies are being exposed daily to hundreds of thousands of toxic chemicals.
Toxic chemicals are in the air we breathe,in the water we drink,in the food we eat and in the products we put on our skin, gargle and use in our home!
These toxic chemicals build up in the cells and organs of our body.
We need water to flush out our cells to cleanse and heal our body.
How do we know when we are not drinking enough water?
Our body loses approximately 2.5 litres of water every day through normal bodily functions such as urination, respiration and perspiration.
'Thirst' is an obvious sign of dehydration, but you need water long before you are thirsty!
Symptoms of mild dehydration include pain in joints and muscles, lower back pain, headaches and constipation.
Dehydration can be a primary reason for daytime fatigue. It can slow down your metabolism, impair mental focus, concentration and physical performance.
Chemicals add to the stress on our body which makes our bodies acidic.
Disease and illness thrive in an acidic environment!
Thankfully we can take action by making sure we drink at least 2 litres of water every day.
Drink more if you are very active or suffering from stress.
Make sure the water is of a high quality and contains vital minerals to keep you healthy!
